Thin mint shake!

I’m so excited to share this recipe with you…

  1. Put one cup of ice and one cup of almond milk in your blender. 
  2. Add one serving of chocolate shake mix (Dōterra trim shake, whole foods chocolate whey, or I like vegan chocolate shakeology).
  3. Blend together everything, mixing one drop of peppermint oil in for a strong peppermint flavor. Add a toothpick swirl of oil for a milder flavor.  dōTERRA Peppermint essential oil—distinguishes the best quality Peppermint from other products. Frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral health, Peppermint also helps to alleviate occasional stomach upset.
